A fire broke out in a residential area in Barangay Catmon, Malabon City, on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fire started at 3:33 p.m. and quickly reached a second alarm at 3:38 p.m.

The blaze was raised to a third alarm at 3:56 p.m.

As of this writing, firefighters were still trying to extinguish the blaze.
