CAVITE – Authorities collared two high-value drug suspects and seized P408,000 worth of illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Bacoor City on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office (Cavite PPO) identified the suspects as alias Dodoy and alias Nathan, both residents of Bacoor.
Confiscated from their possession were four plastic sachets containing more or less 60 grams of suspected shabu.
Alias Dodoy and alias Nathan are now under police custody and are facing drug charges.
The pieces of drug evidence will be forwarded to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City for laboratory examination.
In a statement, Col. Ariel R. Red, Cavite PPO director, commended the successful operation, which was conducted in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
“This successful operation demonstrates our unwavering resolve to put an end to the illegal drug trade in Cavite. Rest assured that your Cavite Police remains steadfast in its mission to ensure peace, order, and the safety of our communities,” Red stated.
