Three Dots brings flavor and flair to Greenhills Mall
Mayor Francis and Keri Zamora with the Franklin Lim family
Over on the sixth level of Greenhills Mall, a new dining and drinks spot has opened, managed and run by the three children of Josephine and Franklin Lim—hence the creative name, Three Dots. They’re quite young, with the eldest only 26, but a quick look at the establishment shows how professionally it’s operated. After tasting the food and hearing the guests’ comments on the drinks, it’s clear these three know what they’re doing—true chips off the old block.
Aside from running a Toyota dealership on Quezon Avenue, Josephine and Franklin also head Global Views Philippines, a luxury furniture store. According to Franklin, it was their children who pushed for entering the food business. One now oversees operations, another is honing his skills as a mixologist, and the youngest is in charge of conceptualizing the menu and dishes.
San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and his wife, Keri, attended the formal opening and were visibly impressed by the variety of food served and the special drinks crafted by the eldest son. As for Josephine and Franklin, their pride was unmistakable, and it was heartwarming to see such wholehearted parental support. If you find yourself at Three Dots, be sure to try their distinctive Tuna Tataki. With food and drinks of such high quality offered at very reasonable price points, one hopes the brand soon expands to other locations.
