Bernie Amurao, CENRO head, led the declogging operation at said area upon the instruction of Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez to prevent blockage of waterways for the safety of motorists as well as residents.
The CENRO remained on standby since Thursday to conduct declogging and mopping operations to prevent flooding around the city.
Amurao said he met Taskforce CENRO at Palanyag gym to form part of the response cluster team for smooth coordination and preparedness for deployment in areas that need immediate clearing and hauling operations.
He said the CENRO is closely coordinating with the Emergency Local Operation (ELO) Center to determine which areas need clearing operations.
