Dolmar Land's Legacia in Bulacan named Best Investment Property for the 2nd consecutive year

Dolmar Land bags another major recognition at the recently concluded Dot Property Philippines Awards, as one of its flagship developments, Legacia, was awarded Best Investment Property - Emerging Communities. This is the second time that a major award-giving body has presented the development with an award of the same nature. At last year’s Carousell Property Awards, Dolmar Land’s Legacia was also given the Best Value for Investment award, along with Best Housing Design.
