Strong tornado rips through seven houses in Bulacan, 13 families affected

A strong tornado ripped through houses in Barangay Longos, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on Tuesday, Sept. 23, damaging seven homes and displacing 13 families.
The roofs of the houses were ripped by the tornado around 2:00 p.m. and were seen flying until they fell in the middle of the road a few meters away from the Barangay Hall.
In the initial report of SK Laurence Villanueva Lagman, 13 families were affected comprising of 37 individuals.
Electric power in the area was cut off.
Two motorcycles and one tricycle were hit by debris. No one was reported injured in the incident. The affected families are currently staying at the Barangay Hall.
