Pateros police arrest No. 4 most wanted person for estafa in Laguna

The Pateros police arrested a 59-year-old man listed as the station’s No. 4 most wanted person for estafa. 

On Sept. 23, personnel from the Pateros police’s Warrant and Subpoena Section served a warrant of arrest on suspect Orly in Sta. Rosa, Laguna .

The warrant of arrest for estafa with bail set at P100,000, under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code, was issued last Feb. 17 by Presiding Judge Cecille Sato of the Tabaco City, Albay Regional Trial Court Branch 18.

The suspect was taken into custody.

Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, acting district director of the Southern Police District, lauded the operation, saying, “The apprehension of a wanted person, regardless of jurisdiction, shows the strong collaboration and dedication of our police units.”
