BALER, Aurora - Vice Gov. Isidro "Sid" Galban was sworn in as the new governor of this province following the death of Gov. Reynante A. Tolentino on Monday due to illness.
Galban was inducted by Judge Edith Cynthia A. Wee-Cabbat on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the provincial capitol.
An engineer by profession, Galban was the running mate of Tolentino in the May 12 midterm polls.
