DAVAO CITY – Davao City first district Rep. Paolo Duterte’s youngest son, Paolo “Uno” Duterte II, celebrated his 12th birth anniversary by distributing gifts and food to orphanages and homes for the elderly here.
Twenty-five institutions received cakes, food packs, lechon (roasted pig), and other treats as part of the celebration. A fastfood chain mascot entertained children and residents.
Uno did not personally attend the gatherings but he has maintained a tradition of celebrating birthdays and sharing blessings with those in need, according to event organizers.
Organizers said the initiative is still ongoing, with the number of beneficiaries expected to reach several thousand once all distributions are completed.
His birthday outreach coincided with the Sept. 21 prayer rally here where symbolic offerings—including 100 cows, crocodile meat, and a shaped cake—were prepared for the public.
The Duterte family has been conducting outreach activities during personal milestones.
