Pateros Mayor Gerald German threw his support to the anti-corruption rallies being held on Sept. 21 in different parts of the country, including Luneta and the People Power Monument.
The rallies aim to denounce the alleged anomalous flood control projects and other forms of corruption in the government.
(Even though I am not with the rallyists on the street, I am still united with you against corruption and embezzlement in our country!),” German posted on Facebook.
(With my ability and power as the mayor of a small town, I will ensure that there will be no corruption and there will be no abuser under my administration! I love the Philippines! I love Pateros!).”
The “Trillion Peso March: A Call to Accountability” rally is being held at the People Power Monument along EDSA.
The “Baha sa Luneta: Aksyon Na Laban sa Korapsyon” is being held in Luneta.
