Kiko Barzaga damaging entire government with his antics, says Garin

Cavite 4th district Rep. Francisco "Kiko" Barzaga's antics is beginning to damage not just the House of Representatives, but the entire government.
Barzaga's House colleague, Deputy Speaker Iloilo 1st district Rep. Janette Garin gave this frank assessment ina virtual interview.
"Well, admittedly hindi lang talaga sa Kongreso bilang institusyon. Naisisira yung buong gobyerno (Well, admittedly it's not just Congress as an institution. The whole government is being damaged)," Garin said.
Barzaga--who refers to himself as "congressmeow"--has been posting several social media a cards a day just to taunt or badmouth government officials from Malacañang, rhe House of Representatives, the Senate, and even Cabinet members.
He has been using hashtags like #PhilippinesVsRomualdez and #PhilippinesVsMarcos, with some saying that these acts are tantamount to inciting to sedition.
"Nung kausap ko kasi happing-happy siya, natutuwa siya dun sa mga issue ng rebolusyon. Parang gusto-gusto niya yung nangayari sa Nepal without actually, of course, realizing na malaki yung dagok nito doon sa mga pamilyang average, those who are earning tamang tama lang," Garin said.
(When I spoke with him, he was really happy, he was pleased with the issues on revolution. It’s like he was very enthusiastic about what was happening in Nepal, without, of course, realizing the heavy blow it dealt to average families, those who are just earning enough to get by.)
"So maybe these are points of discussion. Kelangan lang kasi ma-delineate (We just neet to delianate) sometimes when he's joking or when he's not joking," added the lady lawmaker, who also was not spared of Barzaga's atracks.
"Bilang opisyal, syempre yung hindi naman alam nung general public kung siya ay nagjo-joke or hindi nagjo-joke (As an official, of course the general public doesn't know when he is making a joke or not making a joke)," she pointed out.
