In its grand tradition of honoring leaders and visionaries, the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025 marked its 10th anniversary by rolling out coveted awards to developers and agencies that continue to elevate and transform the industry’s landscape.
“The Dot Property Philippines Awards continue to serve as a platform where the best in the industry can shine,” said Tanya Peralta-Yu, country manager of Dot Property Philippines. “This year’s winners represent the innovation and commitment needed to define the next decade of property development in the country.”
Recognizing leaders and achievers
For ten years, the DOT Property Awards have reflected the changing landscape of real estate in the Philippines—from the rise of sustainable developments and smart homes to the growing importance of integrated communities and investor-driven projects. The awards not only celebrated excellence in design and construction but also highlighted leadership values that continue to define the next era of Philippine real estate.
The Dot Property Awards have recognized the most visionary names in property development, and this year’s Philippine edition underscored how innovation, sustainability, and design are driving the next era of real estate. With over 30 awards presented, the event highlighted projects and companies that set benchmarks for quality living and investment opportunities nationwide.

Looking Ahead to the Next Decade
This year’s Philippine edition once again proved why it is one of the nation’s most prestigious real estate recognitions, drawing the industry’s most respected names together in celebration of a decade of progress.
As the Philippine real estate industry continues to evolve in ways that inspire confidence and pride, Dot Property Philippines moves forward in recognizing extraordinary achievements of the industry at both the local and regional levels. The celebration continues later this year in Bangkok with the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025, uniting the region’s most outstanding developers on a global stage.
