2 most wanted persons nabbed in separate police operations in Tondo

Two individuals listed as Station-Level Most Wanted Persons (MWPs), including one ranked as the Top 3 Most Wanted under the Manila Police District (MPD), were apprehended in separate police operations conducted by Delpan Police Station 12 in Tondo, Manila.

According to a report submitted to MPD District Director Brigadier Gen. Arnold Abad, the operations were carried out under the directive of Station 12 Commander Lt. Col. Francis Balais.

Operatives from the Station Intelligence and Warrant Section executed the arrests.

The first suspect, identified by the alias "Jo," 28 years old, a delivery rider and resident of Capulong Street in Tondo, was arrested outside his residence.

He was served a warrant of arrest issued by Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 dated Sept. 15, 2025, for the crime of rape, a non-bailable offense.

"Jo" was immediately brought to Delpan Police Station 12, where he remains in custody and is expected to face legal proceedings.

In a follow-up operation, the same police unit also arrested another MWP, identified as alias "AL," a 46-year-old native of Camarines Sur and resident of Dagat-Dagatan Street, Caloocan City.

Through an intelligence-driven operation, alias "AL" was spotted and apprehended along Mel Lopez Boulevard, Tondo, based on a warrant of arrest issued by Caloocan City RTC Branch 125 dated July 29, 2025.

The warrant was for the offense of Illegal Practice of Medicine.

Both suspects are currently detained at MPD Delpan Police Station 12.
