The Malabon City government has released the 4th tranche of the Malabon Ahon Blue Card (MABC) financial assistance to 93,409 households on Monday, September 15.
Residents may claim their financial aid from September 15 to October 31, 2025.
"Malabuenos! Naririto na po ang pinakahihintay nating lahat. Ngayong araw ay magsisimula na ang pamamahagi ng 4th ayuda sa ilalim ng ating programang Malabon Ahon Blue Card. Ito ay bahagi ng ating layuning mabigyan ng access ang bawat mamamayan sa mga programa ng pamahalaang lungsod, ano man ang estado sa buhay (Malabuenos! The one we have all been waiting for is here. Today, the distribution of the 4th aid under our Malabon Ahon Blue Card program will begin. This is part of our goal to provide access to every citizen of the city government's programs, regardless of their status in life),” Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said.
As of August 27, a total of 93,457 MABCs have been distributed to households in the city.
There are around 1,510 beneficiaries of the Burial and Hospitalization Assistance, and 3,378 beneficiaries of the Eskwela Savings Program.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team reminded residents to keep their MABC clean, store it in a protective case or wallet, and keep it away from magnets or electronic devices to prevent scratches or damage.
Residents who haven’t claimed their MABCs during the distributions this year are not qualified for the financial aid.
On December 22, the city government launched the Malabon Ahon Blue Card, serving as a platform to deliver effective and efficient services to all Malabuenos with transparency.
