Megaworld Lifestyle Malls bags 14 wins at the 21st Philippine Quill Awards

Megaworld Lifestyle Malls emerged as the most recognized mall operator at the recent 21st IABC Philippine Quill Awards, earning 14 honors—including six Awards of Excellence and eight Awards of Merit. The recognitions highlight the company’s creative storytelling, cultural campaigns, and community-driven initiatives, underscoring its ability to transform mall experiences into platforms of connection and purpose.
Awards of Excellence
Among the Excellence Awards was the launch of SuperPark Philippines in Eastwood City, the country’s first tech-integrated indoor amusement park, honored for innovation in Media Relations as well as in Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Communications. The “Tara, Pasyal Na” campaign, which turned mall spaces of Megaworld into immersive celebrations of Filipino destinations and culture, was also awarded under Government Relations and Public Affairs. Large-scale cultural activations, including the Dinagyang Festival at Festive Walk Iloilo, the vibrant Asian Fest across Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, and the Eastwood City Walk of Fame 2024, likewise received top recognition under Special and Experiential Events for their success in uniting communities through meaningful experiences..
Awards of Merit
The Merit Awards further showcased the breadth of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls’ communications work. Eastwood Holiday Lightscapades, the country’s biggest light show, was recognized for its visual spectacle and festive impact. Events such as Night with the Stars at Eastwood City Walk of Fame and Flight of the Wooden Dragon at Lucky Chinatown were commended for strengthening cultural engagement under Media Relations. The Megaworld x Catriona Enviro-Chic Bag campaign in collaboration with Miss Universe 2018 and green advocate Catriona Gray stood out in Marketing and Brand Communications for its sustainable fashion advocacy, while other notable projects—Femme Creations, Cultural Revival at Uptown Bonifacio, the Eastwood City Paw of Fame, and Taste the World with Megaworld Lifestyle Malls—earned recognition across categories ranging from Non-Profit Campaigns to Sustainability, Community Relations, and Social Media.
