RLC Residences secures back-to-back Developer of the Year win at DOT Property Philippines Awards 2025

For the second consecutive year, RLC Residences has been hailed Developer of the Year at the prestigious DOT Property Philippines Awards 2025, held at Okada Manila. This back-to-back recognition cements the company’s standing as one of the country’s trusted and innovative real estate developers.
Alongside this top honor, RLC Residences also garnered several other distinctions that highlight the strength and versatility of its portfolio. The company received the Special Recognition Award for Sustainable Construction, underscoring its commitment to responsible building practices. Premium development Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne Destination Estate was celebrated for Best Condominium Architectural Design, while family-centric MIRA in Quezon City earned the title of Best Smart Home Condominium for its integration of future-ready living features.
On the other hand, Mantawi Residences in Cebu was named Best Sustainable Development as the first EDGE-certified residential development in the province, while SYNC along C5 Road, Pasig City was recognized as the Best Starter Home Condominium, affirming RLC Residences’ ability to cater to a wide range of homebuyer needs.
