Philippine Councilors League-Quezon chapter elects officials for 2025 to 2028

LUCENA CITY, Quezon – The Philippine Councilors League-Quezon chapter elected its officials from 2025 to 2028 on Friday, Sept. 12, in a hotel in this city.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government supervised the proceedings.
Three-hundred seventy out of 405 councilors from 39 towns and Tayabas City attended.
Elected were Aileen Malabanan (Candelaria), president; Roberto de Vero (Tagkawayan), vice president; Alexander Derrick Morales (Mulanay), secretary general; Eula Lopez (Tiaong), treasurer; Rosemarie Olanda (Lopez), auditor; Vince Alcala (Sariaya), public relations officer, and Elchor Caralian (Gumaca), business manager.
They ran unopposed.
Board members were Earl Abeja (Sampaloc), John de Imus (Catanauan), Cynthia Eduarte (Calauag), Marife Hari (Lucban), Rodel Pionela (Dolores), May Sales (San Antonio), Mark Sanggalang (General Luna), and Mae Angeza Tamayo (Atimonan).
The election coincided with the PCL Week with the theme “35 Taon Kabalikat sa Kaunlaran Tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas.”
