Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025 marks 10 years of real estate excellence

Dot Property Philippines marks its 10th year celebrating the best of Philippine real estate.
It was an evening of celebration and spectacle as the country’s finest names in property took center stage at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025, held at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila on September 11, 2025. The gala night gathered top developers, agencies, and industry leaders, all championing the best in real estate.
“This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Dot Property Philippines Awards—a decade of celebrating excellence and honoring the very best of the country’s real estate industry,” said Tanya Peralta-Yu, country manager of Dot Property Philippines. “Over the past 10 years, this stage has become more than just a platform of recognition. It has become a testament to vision, resilience, and innovation that continue to shape our nation’s property landscape.”
She added: “The Philippine real estate industry stands at an exciting crossroads. We are seeing unprecedented growth in residential developments, the continued transformation of urban centers, the rise of sustainable and green communities, and expanding opportunities brought by digital platforms.”
The night’s biggest winner was RLC Residences, named Developer of the Year 2025. The Gokongwei-led developer also swept major awards including Best Starter Home Condominium Development, Best Sustainable Development, and Best Condominium Architectural Design. Federal Land also emerged as a highlight winner with multiple honors such as Best Developer Metro Manila, Best Mixed-Use Development, Best Luxury Condo Development, Best Retail Development, and Best Community-Centric Design.
Other major winners defined the breadth of excellence across the country. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates was recognized as Best Industrial Developer and for Best Industrial Development. PHirst Park Homes, Inc. was named Best Developer Luzon, while Filinvest Land, Inc. took home Best Developer Visayas and Best Developer Mindanao, along with a Special Recognition Award for Corporate Social Responsibility.
Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. secured Best Township Development, while Costa del Hamilo, Inc. was awarded Best Resort Condominium Development. Makiling Mews Corp. was honored as Best Boutique Developer, Dolmar Land won Best Investment Property for Emerging Communities, Century Properties Group, Inc. received Best Lifestyle Condominium Development, Ayala Property Management Corporation earned Best Real Estate Property Management, and Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation garnered both Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Green Development.
Marking its 10th year, Dot Property Philippines also announced a milestone partnership with real estate marketplace Lamudi, bringing together two of the country’s leading property platforms. “Together, these two platforms give us unmatched reach, trust, and influence in the market. But more importantly, it allows us to serve developers, agents, and the entire real estate industry in bigger and better ways,” Peralta-Yu concluded.
