Second Newgen Cup kicks off Pulse Manila at Wack Wack

Robert Jordan will defend the overall championship he won last year at the Legends course of Manila Southwoods, where he shot a gross one-over-par 73. He will try to fend off another talented field of players coming from the banking, insurance and enterprise sectors.
Organized in partnership with Asia's leading tech solutions aggregator, ASEAN Business Partners, the tournament again gives out a unique feel of sports and business. 
To add star power to the 18-hole event, Miss Universe Philippines Beatrice Luigi Gomez, a student of swing guru and tournament director Bong Lopez, will be bringing elegance and inspiration to the fairways.
"AI is not an afterthought at Newgen, it is our core," Pramod Kumar, head of business, APAC, said. "Just as golf demands foresight, patience and precision, so does digital transformation.
"With Newgen's AI-first platform, enterprises are already shaping the way they work and win," he went on. "The tournament is our celebration of this shared discipline where the spirit of sports meets the power of innovation."
After play concludes, the festivities shift to the ballroom where the role of AI and a preview of Newgen's product roadmap and vision will be presented by the company's global head of product.
