2 drug suspects yield gun in Gen. Trias buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities collared two drug suspects in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tejero, Gen. Trias City, on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the street-level individuals as alias Uwe and alias Mida.
The suspects were caught in the act of selling illegal drugs to a police poseur buyer.
Confiscated during the sting operation were four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P29,988.
Also seized were a gun and ammunition.
The suspects are now under police custody.
The confiscated pieces of evidence, meanwhile, were forwarded to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City for laboratory and ballistic examinations.
