QCPD strengthens partnership with commercial establishments for public safety

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reinforced security collaboration with business establishments for public safety and crime prevention in the city on Tuesday, September 9, at Camp Karingal.
The meeting was attended by security managers, consultants, and heads of malls, financial institutions, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial establishments.
It was also attended by members of the QCPD Command Group, District Staff, station commanders from PS 1 to PS 16, chiefs of offices, and other police personnel. PBGEN Manuel Abrugena, ADRDO of NCRPO, joined as the special guest via Zoom.
Discussions centered on the 8-Focus Crime Statistics from January 1 to August 30, 2025, with emphasis on incidents affecting business establishments and financial institutions.
Operational accomplishments, internal security matters, and quick response strategies of the Philippine National Police were also presented.
Col. Randy Silvio underscored the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining peace and order.
