Changan Philippines, under the exclusive distribution of Inchcape Philippines, is preparing to open five new dealerships across Luzon from the latter half of 2025 until the first half of 2026. This expansion underscores the brand’s efforts to widen its presence in key growth areas and improve accessibility for more Filipino customers.
The new dealerships are planned for Quezon City, Bulacan, Cavite, Pampanga, and Batangas. Each location has been strategically chosen to serve both urban and provincial markets, strengthening Changan’s foothold outside Metro Manila. Currently, the brand operates 14 dealerships nationwide, including outlets in Alabang, Pasig, E. Rodriguez Sr. Quezon City, and Pasay, as well as in Bacolod, Cebu, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Sta. Rosa, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and General Santos.
The first dealership in the pipeline is Changan Commonwealth in Quezon City, which will open in 2025 through a partnership with Ark Diversified and Auto Motors Group, Inc. Located along Commonwealth Avenue, it is set to serve the growing customer base in the northeastern part of Metro Manila. By early 2026, Changan Plaridel in Bulacan will also begin operations. Managed by Voltura Motors, the dealership will cater to customers in Bulacan and nearby provinces such as Nueva Ecija and Aurora.
Three additional dealerships will follow through a partnership with the Gateway Group. Changan Bacoor in Cavite, Changan Pampanga in Angeles City, and Changan Batangas in Batangas City are all set to open within the first half of 2026. These outlets will provide sales and after-sales services to Caviteños, Pampangueños, and Batangueños, respectively.
According to Inchcape Philippines, these new facilities are in line with the company’s goal of building stronger collaborations with dealer partners and improving customer access to both vehicles and after-sales support. The openings also mark another occasion for Changan, which is now in its second year under Inchcape’s management.
Globally, Changan is recognized as one of China’s largest and most established automotive brands, with more than 160 years of industrial experience, including 65 years dedicated to automobile development. The brand operates ten research and development centers in six countries and employs over 18,000 engineers and technicians worldwide. These efforts support its vision of becoming a leader in intelligent and low-carbon mobility solutions.
The addition of the five Luzon dealerships will complement Changan’s growing presence in the Philippines and is expected to further support the brand’s nationwide expansion. With the continued growth of its network, Filipino customers will have greater access to Changan’s lineup of vehicles, as well as after-sales services designed to meet long-term ownership needs.
