A new icon is taking shape in the Makati skyline. Ayala Land Premier recently unveiled Laurean Residences, an urban sanctuary set at the heart of ever-evolving Makati, on September 1, 2025, at Raffles Makati.
Rising 65 stories along Dela Rosa Street, the new residential tower is a reimagining of modern city living. Its form takes inspiration from the laurel crown, culminating in a signature crown design that distinguishes it from the glass and steel silhouettes of the central business district. Conceived for a discerning niche within the luxury market, the development reimagines urban living as both sophisticated and connected—an address that resonates with the rhythm of the city while offering an intimate sanctuary at its heart.

“When you talk about luxury properties, it's a small group of people in a very fast-growing environment. What we learned is that it's really across the range in terms of life stages: single people; double income, no kids; and you have people who are starting to downsize from the exclusive subdivisions around Makati and looking for a place to live. Regardless of life stage, there is that commonality, which is that they're really looking for an urban sanctuary,” said Hans Lopez-Vito, head of Brand Experience and Brand Strategy for Corporate, Residential, and Estates at Ayala Land.
Laurean Residences offers 388 units thoughtfully distributed across a 3,853-sqm site, with only four to nine residences per floor. Home layouts range from 72-sqm suites to expansive four-bedroom residences of up to 402 sqm, including rare bi-level villas designed for those seeking something truly distinctive.
Design plays a central role. Inspired by aviation, interiors and common spaces feature fluid lines, sculptural textures, and refined touches like cloud-shaped furniture. The vision is realized by an esteemed roster of global talents: HB Design for architecture, Joyce Wang Studio for interiors, Tectonic for landscape, alongside local trusted local collaborators Aidea, PXP Design, and Inspira.
True to its promise of sanctuary, Laurean Residences dedicates more than half a hectare to amenity spaces, which are organized into purposeful zones across the tower. On Level 10, the Entertainment and Leisure zones include a lap pool, social hall, functional lawn, playroom, game room, and sports hall.
