Zia Grace, 'Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born,' 'ThamePo' win at 2025 ContentAsia Awards

Filipino child actress Zia Grace, 8, won at the 2025 ContentAsia Awards held in Taiwan on Sept. 4. 

Zia Grace won Best Supporting Actress in a TV Programme/Series Made in Asia for her role in “Saving Grace,” a drama series that also starred Julia Montes and Sharon Cuneta which premiered on Prime Video in November last year.

The 2025 ContentAsia Awards recognized video content and talent across multiple platforms in Asia. 

For the first Viewers’ Choice Awards of the ContentAsia Awards, the Filipino film “Hello, Love, Again” starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards won Favorite Asian Movie. “Incognito” from the Philippines won Favorite Drama Series. 

The Viewers' Choice Favorite Actors are James Seah (Singapore), Paulo Avelino (Philippines), Panitan “Mikey” Budkaew (Thailand), Oka Antara (Indonesia) and Evertts Gomes (Malaysia). 

The Favorite Actresses are Kim Chiu (Philippines), Film Rachanun Mahawan (Thailand), Jesseca Liu (Singapore) and Arabella Ellen (Malaysia). 

The Korean series “Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born” bagged the award for Best Drama Series Made in Asia for a Regional or International Market. 

Thailand’s “ThamePo Heart That Skips A Beat” won Best LGBTQ+ Programme Made in Asia. 

Korean actress Bae Doo-na won Best Female Lead in a TV Programme/Series Made in Asia for her role in "Family Matters."

Wei-en Song won Best Male Lead in a TV Programme/Series Made in Asia for "A Second Chance of Life."

Hao-Siang Syu bagged the award for Best Supporting Actor in a TV Programme/Series Made in Asia for "The Bliss."

A total of 511 entries from 13 countries and territories in Asia were submitted for the ContentAsia Awards this year.
