3 suspects nabbed with P1.7-M shabu in Taguig

The police arrested a man and two women tagged as high-value individuals in a drug buy-bust operation in Taguig on Sept. 4.

Operatives from the Southern Police District, in coordination with the Taguig police, conducted the buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of suspects identified as alias J, 43; alias Gani, 34; and alias Hadsma, 33.

Seized during the operation were 250 grams of shabu estimated to be valued at P1. 7 million and a cell phone.

The suspects are under the custody of the SPD and will face a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

"The unwavering dedication of our operatives has once again yielded a significant result," said Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, acting district director of the SPD.
