Three fires hit parts of Tondo, Manila on Friday morning, Sept. 5, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.
Authorities said the first fire was reported in Solis Street, Jose Abad Santos Avenue at around 5:37 a.m. and was declared fire out at 5:46 a.m.
The second blaze occurred on Barrio Menu in Dagupan Street at around 6:07 a.m. and was extinguished at around 6:21 a.m. Firefighters said the inferno was easily contained, as the structure is made of concrete.
Meanwhile, another fire happened on Bambang Street near Jose Abad Santos Avenue.
Firemen found a child who was left alone while sleeping inside a house and was eventually turned over to his family.
The BFP said no one was reported hurt in the three fires.
Arson investigators are still determining the cause of the fires and the amount of damage to property.
