Couple robbed of P9-M cash, jewelry

REAL, Quezon – A couple was robbed of cash and jewelry worth P9 million here.
Investigation said the victims arrived on Tuesday afternoon in their house left unattended since Aug. 24 and discovered that the door frame on the second floor was broken.
The couple found out that the vault was pried open with a crowbar and P2.1 million cash and P7 million jewelry were missing.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation and backtracking CCTV footages to identify the suspects.
