Cagayan Valley's fourth most wanted falls

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Police Regional Office-2 arrested the fourth most wanted person in Cagayan Valley during an operation in Maconacon, Isabela on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
The suspect was identified as Zaldy, 53, married, of Maconacon.
Police said the suspect allegedly kidnapped three members of an indigenous people's group in the town last May.
Warrants of arrest were issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 17, Second Judicial Region, Ilagan City, Isabela, with no bail recommended.
The victims sought help from a lawyer and the police in the filing of a case against the suspect.
The suspect faces three cases of kidnapping with serious illegal detention.
