The Taguig police arrested two most wanted persons accused of statutory acts of lasciviousness and homicide.
A man listed as the No. 6 most wanted person of the Taguig police was arrested in Barangay Calzada-Tipas based on a warrant of arrest issued by a court.
He was nabbed in line with the police’s intensified operations under “Oplan Galugad.”
The accused is under the custody of the Taguig police for documentation. The warrant of arrest will be returned to the court for action.
In another operation, the Taguig police arrested a man tagged as the No. 5 most wanted person (station level) for September.
He was apprehended at his residence based on a warrant of arrest for homicide issued by Presiding Judge Loralie Datahan of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69. The accused is under the custody of Taguig police.
Col. Byron Allatog, officer-in-charge of the Taguig police, commended the Warrant and Subpoena Section for the arrest of the accused.
