While officials of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) found only three luxury vehicles in the property of the Discayas in Pasig City when they carried out a search warrant, Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada disclosed that the controversial couple actually owns 80 vehicles.

Estrada said that based on the information that reached his office, Sarah and Curlee Discaya and their companies were able to obtain 80 vehicles. Half of these, he said, are luxury vehicles.

“From LTO records, there are 63 vehicles – luxury and mainstream brands. Kasama po dyan yung mga binanggit ni Sarah Discaya kahapon sa hearing na (That includes what Sara mentioned in the hearing yesterday) Rolls Royce Culinan, Bentley Bentayga, dalawang (2) GMC Yukon Denali,  Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes Benz Wagon G63, Range Rover Evoque,” Estrada said during a privilege speech on Tuesday, September 2.

Discaya also mentioned three (3) vehicles at the hearing – the Range Rover Defender, Cadillac Escalade and Mercedez Benz Maybach – that are not in the LTO records.

In the viral YouTube channel of Julius Babao, Estrada said there are eight (8) luxury vehicles that are not in the LTO records and are in the names of the Discaya couple.

“My office has learned that there are six more luxury vehicles that are also owned by the Discaya couple, such as a Volvo XC-90, a Mercedes Benz GLS, and a Maserati,” he said.

“Nakakalulang yaman ito. Kung doon sa 28 luxury cars na inamin ni Sarah na pag-aari nila ay halos hindi ako makapaniwala, wala pa pala ‘yun sa kalahati ang kabuuang bilang ng kanilang mga sasakyan (This is outrageous wealth. If the 28 luxury cars that Sarah admitted to owning are something I can hardly believe, that's less than half of the total number of vehicles they own. This is outrageous)!” Estrada said.
