CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna - Police Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas was reappointed as Police Regional Office 4-A chief.
He assumed the position from Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky in a turnover of command ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 2, in this camp.
It was led by PNP Deputy Chief for Administration, Police Lt. Gen. Bernard Banac.
Lucas cited the achievements of his predecessors and emphasized the legacy of PRO 4-A leaders who strengthened and developed the region.
“We will ensure that we adhere to the eight-point agenda of our acting chief PNP, Police Lt. Gen Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., so that we can further improve our service to the people of Calabarzon."
Wanky expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be with the PRO 4-A.
He described his experience in Calabarzon in three words: “Short but meaningful.”
Banac cited the two officers and commended the legacy of service, excellence, and professionalism left by Wanky, who led PRO 4-A to significant achievements in a relatively short period.
Banac reminded all PNP officers of their duty to obey orders and carry out their missions with utmost dedication.
