All roads in the southern Philippines lead to Davao this September as PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2025, the region’s premier construction trade show, returns with greater purpose and momentum. Happening from September 4 to 6, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center Davao, SM Lanang, the event will gather industry leaders, innovators, and changemakers working to transform the built environment across Mindanao.
Hosted by the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), co-presented by Pacific Paints Philippines (BOYSEN) and SMARTHOUSE, and co-organized by the Davao Constructors Association Inc. (DCACI), the Association of Carriers and Equipment Lessors Inc. (ACEL), and the Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE), PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao remains a vital platform for the region’s construction and building sectors. This year’s theme—building resilience and empowering the South—underscores the industry’s response to climate change, urbanization, and sustainable development. With the support of Ayala Foundation Inc., which believes in the event’s potential to create lasting impact in the industry, PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao further strengthens its role as a catalyst for growth and progress.

Over the past decade, PHILCONSTRUCT has become the backbone of the construction ecosystem in the Philippines, connecting stakeholders and driving growth in key regional hubs.
