Reebok, the iconic sports culture brand, and Angel Reese, two-time WNBA All-Star and fashion icon, confirm the on-sale date of her first signature basketball shoe: the Angel Reese 1. A bold fusion of performance innovation and expressive design, the Angel Reese 1 is built to match Angel’s dynamic on-court dominance and culture-driving presence off it. The Angel Reese 1 will be available globally for sale on Sept. 18, 2025.
“This isn’t just a shoe, it’s my style, my story, and my stamp on the game,” said Angel. “I wanted to design a basketball shoe that elevates performance, innovation, style, and creative expression, all at once. Reebok and I built something that’s true to who I am, and I hope it pushes others to stand in their power too. At the end of the day, it’s built for basketball—made to move and perform at the highest level.”
Engineered to support Angel’s relentless energy on the court and built to inspire and impress, the Angel Reese 1 delivers undeniable style with elite-level performance. Featuring her signature Angel Reese logo on the tongue, Reebok’s patented Energy Return System technology (ERSTM) underfoot, and a Molded TPU Upper—inspired by Angel’s elegance and strength—the shoe provides stability and durability for the physical demands of post-play movements.
Designed in full collaboration with Angel, the Angel Reese 1 redefines the signature shoe narrative with innovative design at the forefront that blends Reebok hoops heritage with her style influence. The Angel Reese 1 takes design inspiration from Reebok’s Mobius line, evolving the Exoskeleton Upper into the shape and angelic finish of a “wing,” with color palettes and materials that reflect her legacy. The Angel Reese 1 is as bold and expressive as the athlete herself, with a strong style identity that moves easily from the court to the street.
The first drop will include three distinct colorways reminiscent of Reese’s multi-faceted personality, including Diamond Dust, Mebounds, and Receipts Ready.
Key Angel Reese 1 performance tech features include:
  • Exoskeleton Upper: Lightweight, molded upper design highlighting Reese’s strength and style both on and off the court, providing stability and durability. Plus, Upper Cut Outs with ventilated mesh panels for breathability.
  • ERSTM: A multi-component technology system built around a lightweight EVA midsole that delivers stability and flexibility. Strategically placed pods of nitrogen-infused SuperFloatTM foam in the heel and forefoot absorb impact and provide excellent energy return for all-game comfort and bounce.
  • TPU Stability Cup: Located in the heel ensures the structure needed for players, like Reese, who thrive on physicality and power.
  • High-Abrasion Rubber Outsole: featuring a multi-directional outsole tread to deliver grade-A traction and grip.
The release of the Angel Reese 1 is Reebok’s latest tentpole in its return to performance Basketball. Through culture-driving partnerships with basketball stars such as Reese, a multi-year partnership with the WNBA, innovative new product launches, and an ever-growing Team RBK.B roster, Reebok Basketball is officially back in full force to evolve the sport to new heights.
“The Angel Reese 1 marks the next chapter for Reebok Basketball, where performance meets personal style, and bold design leads the way,” said Todd Krinsky, CEO and president at Reebok. “This shoe captures Angel’s unique mix of elegance and strength, with sculpted details, sharp lines, and a signature logo that reflects her presence on and off the court. Every element—from the molded overlays to the heritage-inspired traction—was made to celebrate Angel and how she is redefining what it means to be an athlete.”
The all-new Angel Reese 1 Basketball Shoes (₱7,195) will launch for sale globally on Sept. 18 on Reebok.com and select retailers worldwide, including Dick’s Sporting Goods. Product availability and launch timing vary per market.
Accompanying the Angel Reese 1 Basketball Shoes launch is a signature apparel collection featuring graphic tees, sweatshirts, and sweatpants, cropped tanks, and more, all paying homage to Reese’s unapologetic energy and off-court style.
