SPD Director Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo said the arrests made by different law enforcement teams in the southern part of Metro Manila reflect their firm commitment to uphold the law and deliver swift response to the community.
Arceo said four drug suspects were arrested for illegal drug activities. Confiscated from them were 12.01 grams of shabu worth P81,668.
In the SPD's campaign against fugitives, 11 have been arrested, two of them listed as Top Most Wanted, three as Most Wanted, and six classified as Wanted Persons.
The SPD chief said the strict enforcement of local ordinances resulted in the arrest of 3,188 violators, generating total fines amounting to P386,750.
“The arrest of wanted persons and drug offenders, along with the enforcement of local ordinances, shows that SPD is working tirelessly to safeguard our citizens. We will continue to pursue criminal elements without letup and strengthen our partnership with the community in maintaining a safe and orderly environment,” Arceo said.
