Man found dead inside a hotel room in Cubao, QC

The body of an unidentified man was found inside a hotel room in Barangay E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City on Thursday night, August 28.

According to the initial investigation, the victim checked in at the hotel on Wednesday evening, August 27. 

The following night, around 8 p.m., hotel staff attempted to knock on his room for checkout but received no response. 

Using a master key, the staff opened the door and found the body of the man.

Police said the victim was discovered lying face down near the bathroom, with his hands and feet tied. 

“Nung hindi ho nag-rerespond, ginamitan po ng master key at dun niya po natagpuan wala na pong buhay. Malapit po siya sa CR, nakadapa,” said Cubao Police Chief Lt. Jaevon Marigondon.

Authorities have yet to determine the victim’s identity and are conducting further investigation.
