Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the prompt and efficient delivery of public services through the General Services Office (GSO).
Olivarez emphasized the importance of fiscal responsibility, urging the GSO to maintain its prudent spending practices. He underscored that the city government deeply values the taxes paid by residents, which came from their hard-earned income.
He stressed that the city’s allocated budget must be used wisely, and that the GSO should continue to uphold transparency and accountability, particularly in the procurement processes.
The mayor lauded the GSO, led by Atty. Arvin Tapia, for its effective service delivery and diligent stewardship of city assets.
He also recognized the collaborative efforts of other city offices, especially during the recent weather disturbances in late July.
