"From OP (Office of the President) and OES (Office of the Executive Secretary) wala po, as of now, na suspension of Sec Ted (From OP and OES, as of now, there is no suspension on Secretary Ted)," Castro said Wednesday night, Aug. 27.
The DOH has issued a statement on the information, which they branded as fake news, saying the DOH chief was actually in a meeting with legislators on Wednesday.
According to DOH Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo, Herbosa was briefing them on the budget priorities for public health.
"Secretary Ted Herbosa along with other DOH officials are at the House of Representatives today, August 27, 2025, briefing legislators on the administration's budget priorities for public health," Domingo said.
