A thriving estate isn’t just about land and buildings, it’s about livability and accessibility. When people can live close to where they work, productivity rises and long commutes become a thing of the past. Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) marked a new milestone as it inaugurated the Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba (FIPC), an industrial estate built to serve future-ready industries and drive economic growth in Southern Luzon.
The event was led by Filinvest Land President and CEO Tristan Las Marias, joined by Senior Vice President and Industrial and Logistics Business Unit Head Francis Ceballos, and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Director General Tereso Panga. It brought together local government leaders, PEZA officials, industry partners, locators, brokers, and members of the business community.

Just 10 minutes from the SLEX Batino Exit, the 25-hectare FIPC offers 10 titled lots, with six for sale and four for lease, size ranging from approximately 7,500 sqm to three hectares. It also features three Grade A Ready-Built Factory (RBF) facilities designed for quick, efficient operations, catering to industries from light manufacturing to e-commerce. The estate builds on the success of the fully sold-out 50-hectare Filinvest Technology Park, now home to multinational firms and thousands of jobs.
Marias highlighted the development's role in driving local progress, saying, “The Filinvest Innovation Park is more than a hub for industry—it is a catalyst for progress. By bringing opportunities closer to home, we allow communities to grow where they are rooted, reduce the strain of long commutes, and create an environment where careers, businesses, and local economies can thrive together.”
The new PEZA-certified industrial estate offers fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, making it attractive to both local and global companies. Located in CALABARZON—the country’s most industrialized region with 16.9 million people—it provides access to a skilled workforce, top universities, and strong transport links to Metro Manila and major ports. As part of Filinvest Land’s Innovation Parks portfolio, which includes New Clark City, FIPC delivers world-class infrastructure, accessibility, and a supportive business environment built to international standards.
Ceballos highlighted FIPC’s significance in shaping the country’s industrial future, noting its potential to drive innovation and support next-generation industries. “Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba is more than an industrial estate. It is a platform for innovation, a launchpad for industries of the future, and a testament to Filinvest Land’s readiness to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving global market. Here, we are truly Ready for tomorrow, ready for the world,” he said.
Through this development, Filinvest Land advances its goal of creating communities that bring people closer to work, ease daily commutes, and foster environments where businesses and residents can grow together.
