Manila gov't showcases best practices to Cabucgayan LGU in benchmarking activity

Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso proudly discussed the city government's best practices to officials of Cabucgayan, Biliran Province, during a benchmarking activity at the City Hall on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
During the technical briefing, Domagoso shared Manila's solid waste management initiatives with Cabucgayan Mayor Gemma Adobo, Vice Mayor Theodore Cordeta, and municipal government department heads.
The mayor shared the colorful history and beauty of Manila. He encouraged the delegation to visit various city offices and several tourist attractions to gain ideas and inspiration that can help develop their town.
Adobo and the rest of the delegates expressed their gratitude to the mayor and other officials of the city for their warm welcome and sharing of knowledge.
