Student shot, wounded in Abra

A college student was shot and wounded by a fellow student outside the University of Abra main campus in Barangay Poblacion, Lagangilang, Abra, on Friday afternoon, Aug. 22.
The victim as Prince Albert Barbosa, 18, from Dolores, Abra.
Initial investigation said the suspect, Jave Talaga Bragas, 24, from Bucay, Abra, was drunk, provoked the victim, then shot him thrice.
Bragas fled on a motorcycle and Barbosa was taken to a hospital.
Follow-up investigation and manhunt operations are ongoing.
