Notorious Makati rapist nabbed in Parañaque City

The Southern Police District (SPD) announced the arrest of one of Makati's notorious criminals, who is also listed as the Makati City Police's No. 2 Most Wanted Person for 2025 in connection with the crime of rape.
Police identified the suspect as alias Cesar, 48.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 201 of Las Piñas City on Aug. 18 for three separate criminal cases: Criminal Case No. 25-0867 for rape with no bail recommended, and Criminal Case Nos. 25-0868 and 25-0869 for two counts of rape by sexual assault, each with a recommended bail of P120,000.
Officers from the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) – SPD, District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) – SPD, and the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of the Makati City Police nabbed the suspect in Barangay Vitalez, Airport Compound, Parañaque City.
Cesar is currently detained at the Las Piñas City Police Headquarters Custodial Facility.
SPD director Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo commended the arresting officers for their coordinated efforts leading in the suspect's arrest.
"The SPD assures the public that it remains steadfast in its mission to track down fugitives and bring offenders to justice, thereby fostering safer communities," Arceo said.
