The Manila Police District (MPD) on Thursday, Aug. 21, announced the arrest of the two suspects caught on camera raiding a moving Isuzu Elf truck and stealing a roll of high-quality wire from its cargo along Road 10 (R-10) in Tondo, Manila that became viral on social media.

The police identified the suspects as alias Eusebio and alias Marc.
MPD director Brig. Gen. Arnold Abad said the two suspects were nabbed by personnel of Raxabago Police Station (PS-1) during a follow-up operation at Aroma Compound in Barangay 105 in Tondo on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
The suspects were caught engaging in illegal gambling before being accosted by the officers.
Police recovered an improvised gun loaded with live ammunition from Eusebio.
Abad said Eusebio was charged with violation of R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunitions Regulations Act), theft, and illegal gambling cases while Marc was charged with illegal gambling and theft cases.
"The District remains steadfast in its commitment to ensure continuous monitoring, surveillance, and intelligence-driven focused law enforcement operation following the series of crimes committed by these culprits. There is no room or criminals in this city," Abad said.
