Jobs remain a key driver of economic growth, with the IT-BPM sector leading as one of the country’s largest employers. In the second quarter of 2025, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), through its office development and leasing arm, Robinsons Offices, supported this growth by leading the office leasing market and providing spaces that help businesses expand and create more jobs.
Marking its 45th year, Robinsons Offices led the Philippine office leasing market in the second quarter of 2025, according to CBRE Philippines. The company closed nearly 50,000 sqm of new transactions—the highest among all developers in the country—and captured the largest share of IT-BPM deals, reinforcing its role in supporting the country’s top job-generating sector.
Its newest project, GBF Center 2 in Bridgetowne, stood out as the best-performing office tower nationwide, accounting for 27,100 sqm of transactions. Equipped with energy-efficient systems and smart features, the development reflects Robinsons Offices’ focus on building premium, accessible, sustainable, and future-ready workspaces.
Mybelle Aragon GoBio, president and CEO of RLC, says the milestone highlights the company’s goal of building communities that improve lives. “We are proud to lead the market – not just in square meters, but in purpose.”
