Work.able expands with new spaces inspired by Filipino culture and community
A place to focus, connect, and recharge—all in one
Work.able RSC 4, one of RL Commercial REIT Inc.’s two newest sites, combines personal desks with a coworking community.
Work today is finding its place in spaces that feel alive. Coworking blends the independence of having your own desk with the shared energy of a community—spaces where people can focus, connect, and thrive while still feeling at home. This vision drives work.able’s growth, now marked by the launch of two new centers, RSC 3 and RSC 4.
Marking Robinsons Land Corporation’s (RLC) 45th year, the launch of these spaces carries special significance. Since 2018, the company has grown to over 2,500 seats across 13 centers in Ortigas, Makati, Bridgetowne, and Taguig, reflecting strong demand and its position as a trusted choice for today’s professionals and businesses. Guided by the Gokongwei Group’s values, it supports start-ups, SMEs, and freelancers with flexible, people-focused workspaces.
Jericho P. Go, president and CEO of RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR), highlighted how the new centers strengthen the company’s role in the industry, sharing, “This milestone reflects work.able's strong market position and its ability to adapt to the evolving needs of modern professionals and businesses.”
Located on the 20th and 29th floors of Robinsons Summit Center by RCR along Ayala Avenue, the new sites mirror work.able’s signature blend of Filipino-inspired design and modern amenities. RSC 3, with 160 seats and seven private offices, channels the vibrance of the Philippine tropics through bright, textured interiors that infuse energy into the workspace. RSC 4, meanwhile, takes inspiration from old Manila, drawing from Escolta and Intramuros, and will feature a rotunda sculpture of John Gokongwei, Jr. on his bike as a tribute to his legacy. It houses 190 seats and 11 private offices.
Beyond the aesthetics, both centers offer the essentials that have made the company a trusted name—hot desks, private offices, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and even corners for foosball or quiet naps—giving tenants not just a place to work, but a space that fosters balance and belonging.
Highlighting what truly defines the brand beyond its spaces, Elton John Peralta, head of work.able, said, “What sets us apart is the human element, the human touch. At work.able, there’s always a person taking care of you—every service request, every concern. Whether you’re an 8-to-5 or a 24/7 company, you’re supported by the RLC ecosystem— our community, facilities, IT, housekeeping among numerous services. RLC’s work.able is behind you.”
As work.able expands, it reinforces its role not only as a provider of flexible offices but also as a partner in growth for businesses and professionals. In every space, the focus remains the same: to create environments that support, inspire, and empower people to thrive.
