K-pop idol, actor Kim Myung-soo to grace Korea Travel Fiesta 2025 in PH

K-pop idol and actor Kim Myung-soo, also known as L of boy band Infinite, will be coming to Manila for the Korea Travel Fiesta 2025. 

The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) Manila Office announced that Kim Myung-soo will grace the event on Aug. 30 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall as a special guest performer. 

“K-Pop fans, get ready — Kim MyungSoo is coming to Korea Travel Fiesta 2025! Catch him live on August 30,2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall as our special guest performer!” the KTO Manila Office posted on Facebook. 

It added, “Whether you've followed his journey through music and acting or are excited to see him perform for the first time — this is your chance to see Kim MyungSoo up close at the coolest Korean travel event of the year!”

The KTO Manila Office earlier revealed that the cast of the Korean musical “Dream High” starring K-pop stars will be coming to Manila for the Korea Travel Fiesta 

Stars of the musical who are coming to Manila are Se7en, Kim Dong-jun, Lim Sejun, Sunye and Kim Da-hyun. The dance team will also perform.

The musical was based on the 2011 Korean drama "Dream High" which starred Bae Suzy, Kim Soo-hyun, Taec-yeon, Hahm Eun-jung, Jang Wooyoung and IU. 

In addition, attendees can experience Korean culture at the Korea Travel Fiesta 2025 through events by the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines. 

These are “hanbok” wearing where visitors can try on traditional Korean attire, and Life Four Cuts where they can take souvenir photos in a Korean-style photo booth. 

The Korea Travel Fiesta 2025 will be held for two days from Aug. 30 and 31. Admission to the event is free.
