2 suspects in girl's kidnapping, murder arrested

Two suspects in the abduction and murder of a seven-year-old girl in Pangasinan have been arrested.
Police credited this development to follow-up investigation where witnesses surfaced and positively identify the suspects.
Inquest proceedings were scheduled on Monday, Aug. 18.
The body of the victim was found in Barangay Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City, early Friday morning, Aug. 15, hours after she was kidnapped in Asingan.
The Toyota Fortuner used by the suspects to kidnap and transport the victim was found in Urdaneta City.
The victim’s body was discovered by two residents.
Her family condemned her murder and appealed for justice.
