The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Visayas (PDEA-7), the Regional Intelligence Unit, and Police Station 3 of the Mandaue City Police Office seized a sachet of shabu worth P1,360.
Leia Alcantara, information officer of PDEA-7, said the suspect was monitored for three weeks.
The suspect was capable of selling 50 grams of shabu a week, Alcantara said.
Based on the surveillance, the suspect’s patrons would pretend to buy lotto tickets when purchasing shabu.
The suspect’s patrons would usually text her first before going to the lotto outlet.
The illegal drug activity was going on for a year before the arrest was made.
