Jollibee and friends showcase the five values books that come with orders of the Jollibee Kids Values Meals.
Jollibee has launched its new Kids Values Meals, a limited-time offering that pairs its familiar menu items with storybooks designed to teach Filipino children about honesty, respect, generosity, responsibility and care for the environment.
Each meal includes a Jollibee food item, a values storybook created with children’s publisher Adarna House, an activity related to the lesson, and a sticker badge that parents can use to reinforce the learning.
The series features five titles: Ang Bola ng Katotohanan (honesty), Ang Hari ng Palaruan (respect), Ang Pinakamasayang Pista (generosity), Ang Naghihintay na Homework (responsibility), and Mga Kaibigan ng Kalikasan (compassion for nature).
“We believe that even the simplest moments like enjoying a Kids Meal can be opportunities to teach, to bond and to build character,” said Dorothy Dee-Ching, Jollibee’s vice president for marketing. “This project is a reflection of Jollibee’s deeper mission – to be more than just a source of joyful meals, but a partner to Filipino families in raising the next generation.”
The meals were unveiled August 5 at Museo Pambata during an event attended by media, educators and students, along with special guests including Education Secretary Sonny Angara. Jollibee ambassadors Iya Villania-Arellano and Drew Arellano, joined by their children Primo, Leon and Alana, hosted a live storytelling session featuring Ang Bola ng Katotohanan.
“This is a beautiful example of how public-private partnerships can promote both learning and social good,” Angara said. “The books enrich our children’s moral development, and the proceeds help build real classrooms where more children can learn and grow.”
Angara also expressed gratitude to those involved in the project, citing how this is just one of many partnerships between Jollibee and the Department of Education.
For every Kids Values Meal purchased, P5 will be donated to the Jollibee Group Foundation’s Classroom Building Project, which aims to open Joy Learning Centers nationwide by 2028. Jollibee and Adarna House also plan to donate 10,000 sets of the books to schools in partnership with DepEd.
Known for publishing culturally rooted and values-oriented children’s literature, Adarna House said the partnership with Jollibee and DepEd reflects its mission.
“We are proud to contribute stories that reflect Filipino values and experiences,” said Ani Almario, Adarna House vice president for product development. “When values are introduced through relatable narratives, they become more meaningful and easier to remember.”
The Jollibee Kids Values Meals will be available in stores nationwide from August 7 to September 30, 2025.
