Body recovered near Taal Lake

AGONCILLO, Batangas – A body was dumped on the side of a road near the Taal Lake in Barangay Subic Ibaba here.
A resident discovered the body on Friday morning, Aug. 15, and reported it to authorities.
Authorities have yet to identify the body.
Cause of death is still being investigated.
This has caused renewed fear among residents who have not yet recovered from the impact of the missing sabungeros or cockfight enthusiasts allegedly dumped on Taal Lake on their livelihood.
