Home Art Series: A gallery of opulence and refinement
Rustan's unveils a collector's haven of iconic design and high-end collectibles
Home Art Series is now available at Rustan's
Luxury retail giant Rustan’s celebrates Homes Month with the inaugural edition of the Home Art Series, featuring a curated presentation of 20 limited-edition pieces from the world’s most revered luxury maisons.
Cecil Hermoso, Rustan's Home Division Merchandising manager, shares how the exclusive series of iconic pieces much-awaited by home decorators, collectors, and art enthusiasts are put under the spotlight “The Home Art Series features exclusive collaborations between Rustan’s international brand partners and renowned artists—such as Lladró x Javier Calleja, Bernardaud x Jeff Koons, Lalique x René Magritte, etc. The event showcases the innovative transformation of heritage materials like porcelain and crystal into striking contemporary art pieces, proving that these iconic brands go far beyond traditional vases, figurines, or plates.”
Hermoso shared that the series resonates with Filipinos’ deep appreciation for the arts, meaningful design, and exceptional craftsmanship. “Each limited-edition item in the series is a celebration of artistry, craftsmanship, and design—perfect for those who appreciate high-quality, thoughtfully crafted home accents. The Home Art Series reflects Rustan’s ongoing commitment to offering unique, world-class pieces that seamlessly blend functionality with art.”
The Home Art Series introduces the celebrated collaborations between iconic artists and storied luxury maisons:
From Lladró Art Editions by Javier Calleja, the Spanish artist reimagines emotional storytelling with You Choose One, a limited-edition porcelain trio featuring evocative characters—Child, Devil Cat, and Angel Cat. Only 150 units of Calleja's signature aesthetic of innocence and mischief are available for these hand-finished pieces.

The Jeff Koons Bernardaud collaboration evokes playful provocation in porcelain. For collectors who seek modern relevance within a heritage framework, the Ballerinas Coupe Service Plate radiates optimism, beauty, and serenity with its mirrored finish and soft color gradations. At the same time, the Elephant celebrates one of Koons’ earliest inflatable motifs: childhood innocence and sculptural innovation.

In Christofle, French heritage meets Japanese mastery under the collaboration of renowned silversmith Christofle Paris and acclaimed lacquer master Junichi Hakose. This partnership reimagines Christofle’s iconic MOOD collection through the lens of urushi and makie—traditional Japanese lacquer and gilding techniques—resulting in seven exquisite, limited-edition creations.
Le Bain de Cristal from Lalique
To honor the 125th anniversary of René Magritte, Lalique has transposed the surrealist master’s iconic imagery into crystal form, creating six exquisite pieces that merge art history with artisan legacy. This collaboration by Magritte x Lalique Art Collection captures the poetic absurdity of Magritte’s world—from the enigmatic bowler hat (Le Bouchon d’Épouvante) to the floating apple of Le Prêtre Marié and the famous pipe from La Trahison des Images, now transformed into crystal objects of contemplation.
One of the coveted pieces is Le Bain de Cristal, where a giraffe appears within an oversized goblet of sanded and polished crystal—a feat of both technical mastery and surrealist homage that fetches a price of more than P3.7 million.
Citrus collection from Daum
Maison Daum draws inspiration from nature in its Citrus Collection, a radiant ode to the lemon both as a symbol and a sculpture. From richly detailed lemon slice vases to the gleaming footed bowl composed of green and yellow crystal citrus, this series brings a bright, botanical breath of summer into the home. Crafted using pâte de verre, each piece glows with translucent layers of color, embodying Daum’s unmatched legacy of bringing flora to fine art.
The Home Art Series will be available at select Rustan’s stores the whole month of August. “Since the collection is limited in quantity, we encourage customers to experience it before these exclusive pieces are sold out,” Hermoso concluded.
